Each client is different and services are customized to the needs of each client. Dr. Wood does one on one executive coaching to enable clients to navigate challenges and elevate success. She works with teams, small groups, and executive leadership teams in short-term and long-term engagements to maximize group dynamics, support strategic planning and even chart mission vision and succession planning. She works with law firms, healthcare starts ups and other industries. Some are for profit and others are non-profit. She has board experience, having been president of a board, and works with leaders and boards on how to function optimally as units and collaboratively.
